வங்கி & நிதி, வணிக மேலாண்மை, வர்த்தகம், பொருளியல், கணக்கியல், கணிதம், புள்ளிவிபரம், சட்டம், தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம், கணினி அறிவியல், தரவு அறிவியல், வணிக பகுப்பாய்வு, நிதி தொழில்நுட்பம் (FinTech), டிஜிட்டல் வங்கி, செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு (AI), விவசாயம் அல்லது மனிதவள முகாமைத்துவம் ஆகியவற்றில் ஏதேனும் ஒரு பட்டப்படிப்பு (Bachelor’s Degree).
அல்லது CIMA, ACCA, CFA, ICASL, CMA (SL) போன்ற தொழில்முறை நிறுவனங்களில் உறுப்பினர்/தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவராக இருத்தல்.
அல்லது IBSL-இன் Applied Banking & Finance / Diploma in Banking and Finance தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருத்தல்.
வங்கி அல்லது உரிமம் பெற்ற நிதி நிறுவனங்களில் 02 வருட அனுபவம் (Credit Appraisal அனுபவம் கூடுதல் தகுதியாகும்).
2. Assistant Manager / Executive Officer – Inspection Department
பணி: AML, இணக்கப்பாடு (Compliance), இடர் மேலாண்மை மற்றும் தணிக்கை தொடர்பான பணிகளை மேற்கொள்ளுதல்.
தகுதிகள்:
வங்கி தணிக்கையில் 3–5 வருட அனுபவம் (AML/Compliance அறிவு அவசியம்).
CASL, ACCA, CIMA ஆகியவற்றுடன் தொடர்புடைய பகுதி தகுதிகள் அல்லது கணக்கியல்/நிதி சார்ந்த பட்டம்.
தரவு பகுப்பாய்வு மென்பொருள் மற்றும் தணிக்கைக் கருவிகளில் புலமை.
3. Contact Centre Associate (Fixed Term Contract)
பணி: வாடிக்கையாளர் அழைப்புகளைக் கையாளுதல்.
தகுதிகள்:
21 முதல் 35 வயதுக்குள் இருத்தல்.
க.பொ.த (ச/த) தேர்ச்சியுடன் ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் கணிதத்திற்கு ‘Credit’ சித்தி.
வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவையில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 01 வருட அனுபவம் விரும்பத்தக்கது. சிறந்த தகவல் தொடர்புத் திறன் அவசியம் (மும்மொழி அல்லது இருமொழி தெரிந்தவர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை).

பணி: குத்தகை (Leasing) தொடர்பான சந்தைப்படுத்தல் மற்றும் விற்பனை நடவடிக்கைகள்.
தகுதிகள்:
20 முதல் 27 வயதுக்குள் இருத்தல்.
லீசிங், விற்பனை அல்லது சந்தைப்படுத்தலில் 02 வருட அனுபவம்.
க.பொ.த (ச/த) தேர்ச்சி. SLIM, CIM போன்ற தகுதிகள் கூடுதல் பலம்.
5. Retail Sales Associate (Fixed Term Contract)
பணி: சில்லறை விற்பனைப் பொருட்களை சந்தைப்படுத்துதல்.
தகுதிகள்:
22 முதல் 35 வயதுக்குள் இருத்தல்.
க.பொ.த (ச/த) தேர்ச்சி. விற்பனை அனுபவம் இருந்தால் முன்னுரிமை.

தகுதிகள்:
21 வயதுக்குக் கீழ்.
